Structural Design Key Points for Automotive Bumpers

The structural design directly affects molding quality, mechanical strength and service life. All inner and outer corners of the bumper should adopt rounded transition. Weather Resistance and Anti-Aging Technology for PP Bumper Materials

Automotive bumpers work outdoors for a long time, requiring excellent anti-aging performance. Traditional black and gray bumpers rely on carbon black to delay aging, but cannot completely prevent UV degradation.

Although pure PP does not absorb ultraviolet rays, unsaturated structural defects and residual peroxide impurities during production will trigger photo degradation under UV exposure, accelerating material aging.
