Qingdaozhongxinhuamei’s FR-PP V0 is a high-performance modified polypropylene, formulated with halogen-free (phosphorus-nitrogen) or low-halogen (bromine-antimony) systems. It achieves UL94 V-0 flame retardancy with just 3% flame retardant addition, retaining PP’s inherent lightweight feature and excellent mechanical properties.
As a 30-year CHIMEI joint venture product, this FR-PP V0 is ideal for safety-critical applications including wire boxes, evaporating dishes, bathroom heater parts, corrugated tubes, electrical casings, motor housings and filler ropes.

PP flame retardant plastic material has low heat deflection temperature (100℃), poor transparency, low gloss and low stiffness, but it has high impact strength, which rises with the increase of ethylene concentration. the Vicat softening temperature of PP flame retardant plastic material is 150℃. Due to its high crystallinity, the material has good surface hardness and scratch resistance. Environmental stress cracking does not occur in flame retardant PP.
