PP+GF Glass Fiber Reinforced 25% PP, GF 30% PP Resin
Performance Advantages:
Both 25% GF PP and 30% GF PP Resin boast non-toxic, tasteless properties paired with a low density. They outperform polyethylene (PE) significantly in aspects of strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance.
These glass fiber reinforced PP materials also feature excellent dielectric performance and high-frequency insulation—properties that remain unaffected by humidity. However, they tend to become brittle in low-temperature environments, and come with drawbacks like poor wear resistance and susceptibility to aging.
Applications
Suitable for air conditioner fan blades, washing machine tubs, electrical tools, and warm edge strips.
